Story of a cop who lives with his wife, brother and son, unaware that his wife is having an affair with his brother. He even covers for his brother during a drugs raid and gets shot, sustaining a spinal injury which renders him wheelchair-bound and his life is ruined. Unhappy with life, he plots a multi-million dollar murder and proposes it to his wife and brother. But the plan goes wrong and a local detective is forced to make a private investigation.
