Documentary about the inexorable rise of the West Indies cricket team in the 1970s to become the dominant power under the leadership of the charismatic Clive Lloyd. Against a backdrop of apartheid, Lloyd and his men attempt to break the stranglehold of Australia and England by changing the make-up of the team and recruiting a new generation of fast bowlers. The film intercuts footage from the era with interviews with the men who were part of this revolution.
