Eric Roberts stars as outrageous disc jockey Karlin Pickett, whose call-in show attracts the confession of a serial killer. Corpses of beautiful women have been found, but is the caller genuine? An LAPD detective is put on the trail, and soon becomes involved in Pickett's world, where fact and fantasy blur.
