Triple bill of big-budget horror. In 'Queen of the Damned' (2002), a big-screen adaptation of the third book in Anne Rice's 'Vampire Chronicles' series, Stuart Townsend takes over Tom Cruise's 'Interview with the Vampire' role as the undead Lestat. Now a world-famous rock star, Lestat holds a press conference to announce his plans for a huge concert in Death Valley. Meanwhile, vampire researcher Jesse Reeves (Marguerite Moreau) begins looking into the rock star's background - and grows concerned that he might be planning to reawaken Akasha (Aaliyah), the Queen of the Undead. However, when Jesse finally meets Lestat, she soon falls for his deadly charms and asks that he might make her a vampire too. In 'Ginger Snaps' (2000), Ginger (Katharine Isabelle) and Brigitte (Emily Perkins) are two teenage sisters fed up with the routine of high school, dating and parents. They long for something to bring a little excitement into their lives - but when Ginger is attacked by a werewolf it's perhaps a little too much, too soon. Over the following months, Ginger undergoes some surprising physical and psychological transformations. Brigitte does her best to fight against the changes and win her sister back - but with Ginger having now infected her boyfriend Jason (Jesse Moss), it seems that she might be fighting a losing battle... In 'Interview With the Vampire' (1994), it's 1790 and the evil vampire Lestat (Tom Cruise) decides he wants a buddy and chooses Louis (Brad Pitt). However, despite Louis' desire for death after his young wife's demise, Lestat hasn't banked on Louis being so guilt-ridden when it comes to sucking blood from humans. So whilst Lestat continues to feast upon human flesh, Louis sticks to rats and chickens. That is, until he meets the young Claudia (Kirstan Dunst). Two hundred years later, Louis tells his story to a young reporter (Christian Slater).
