Synopsis:
Danish filmmaker Jens Jorgen Thorsen directs this sexually explicit drama based on the long-banned novel by Henry Miller, detailing the exploits of two young friends in Paris in the 1930s. American writer Joey (Paul Valjean) and his friend Carl (Wayne Rodda), a carefree Frenchman, share a flat in the Clichy district of Paris. Despite their lack of money, the two men care for nothing apart from finding new women to have sex with. The fact that most of their conquests are either prostitutes or mentally deficient (or both) does not appear to trouble them in the least, as the two indulge in a string of ever more inventive yet essentially meaningless sexual escapades.
