The third instalment in the 'Young and Dangerous' series finds the young gangster Chan (Ekin Cheng) targeted by Crow (Roy Cheung), a new and up-and-coming member of a rival gang. The first stage of a devastating plot to depose Chan comes into effect during a visit to Holland, when he is set up to take the blame for a hit on his boss. Then, with Chan already at his lowest ebb, Crow makes matters worse by kidnapping his girlfriend Smartie (Gigi Lai). The underworld rests on a knife edge; everyone expects a lethal self-destructive violence to explode at any moment; and Chan is the only man who can resolve the situation. He must discover the real culprit behind the attack on his boss, rescue Smartie and then finally take on the evil Crow.
