In a small town in Goa the chief of the local police station, Siddharth (Emran Hashmi) finds himself in trouble. He is on the verge of a divorce with his wife, Sonia (Shamita Shetty) because he is unable to cope with the pressure of his wife's success as a member of the special police force. A local married woman name Anna (Udita Goswami) whose husband is a wife beater, is dying of cancer. Siddharth decides to help Anna by giving her money that he recovered in a drug raid. Anna is murdered that very night and all the evidence points to Siddharth who must now race against time to find out the real truth.
