This keep-fit programme is a fast-paced mix of three interval types: step cardio, floor aerobics and muscle toning. The step segments are straightforward, high energy and easy-to-follow. The floor sections range from shuffles and lunges to plyometrics and 'fast feet' agility drills. Some moves even include a balance/coordination element. The toning section is a blend of standing and floor routines that use both dumbbells and a step - lifting it overhead like a barbell.
