A Lee Van Cleef western triple. In 'Bad Man's River', gang leader Roy King (Van Cleef) becomes re-involved with his ex-wife Alicia (Gina Lollobrigida) when she and her new husband, Montero (James Mason) hatch a plot to steal $1 million from the Mexican government. However, when the plan goes wrong, King and his men are captured by rebel forces and taken to their stronghold. There they are besieged by the Mexican army until, in desperation, the rebel leader asks King to lead the defence. 'Blood Money' is a light-hearted blend of spaghetti western and kung-fu adventure. A drunken gunfighter (Van Cleef) and a martial arts expert (Lo Lieh) join forces in the search for a hidden fortune. The map which shows the way to the treasure has been divided into parts and tattooed on the backsides of various prostitutes and our mismatched heroes must race to track them down before the bad guys get there first. Whilst in 'Captain Apache' an Apache Captain in the US army (Van Cleef) embarks on a mission to discover the meaning behind a fellow agent's dying words, 'April morning'. The trail soon grows cold, however, for anybody with relevant information ends up dead before they can reveal the secret. Only gambler, gun-runner and landowner Griffin seems ready to help the Captain, but how far can he be trusted?
