Synopsis

Documentary telling the story of five young missionaries who were killed by the Waodani, a violent tribe in the Ecuadorian jungle, in the mid-1950s. The film also follows the reconciliation process that followed the killings, during which members of the families of the martyred men went to live alongside the Waodani.
