Canadian crime comedy in which two police officers from different provinces, Quebec and Ontario, seek a serial killer who targets professionals from the world of hockey. When the body of Benoit Brisset, a hockey executive, is found directly on the Quebec-Ontario border, questions of jurisdiction inevitably arise. Eventually it is decided that free-wheeling Quebecois officer David Bouchard (Patrick Huard) and Martin Ward (Colm Feore), an officious Ontario detective, should share the case. As the two attempt to reconcile their cultural, language and stylistic differences, the body count begins to mount and the murderer gains the label of the 'Tattoo Killer', due to his propensity for tattooing the bodies of his victims. Bouchard and Ward must track him down before he causes irreparable to damage to the world of hockey and, soon, their own families.
