A funny, touching, meandering walk through Berlin's queer scene. Based on his own life in the city, director Yony Leyser plays Ezra, who is on an odyssey through Berlin's subculture. Taking in clubs, drugs, and the creative scene, he's joined by his Nazi-obsessed best friend and new crush Sasha, whose relationship with his own sexuality and gender is more complicated than it appears. A convincing delve into the neon gloam of Berlin and expatriate life, featuring Nina Hagen, Blood Orange, Blixa Bargeld (The Bad Seeds) and Peaches. The screening will be followed by the Desire Will Set You Free 'Frei' Party, 8.30pm at Dalston Superstore. Free entry before 11pm, £3 after with EEFF ticket stub.
