Documentary focusing on the decline of Detroit, Michigan. The film follows three working residents of Detroit, video blogger Crystal Starr, nightclub owner Tommy Stephens and United Auto Workers local President George McGregor, who each give their own view on the decline of the city and its potential hopes for a radically different future. They attempt to illustrate how Detroit has changed from the fastest growing city in the world in 1930, when its auto industry was thriving, to the present day where its inhabitants are striving to save it from becoming a victim of the harsh political and economic times in post-industrial America.
