Synopsis

A double pack of titles focussing on Diana, Princess of Wales. 'Diana: A Life To Remember' (2007) is a documentary programme that captures the key moments of Princess Diana's life. From her childhood days in the Spencer home at Althorp, through her marriage, campaigning and charity work; to her untimely death in 1997 and concluding with coverage of her funeral, this programme aims to tell the story of the woman who came to be known as 'The People's Princess'. 'Diana: The People's Princess' (1998) is a made-for-television feature about the final years in the life of Princess Diana (Amy Seccombe). After her break-up and divorce from Prince Charles, Diana meets and falls in love with millionaire playboy Dodi Al-Fayed (George Jackos), son of the businessman Mohammed Al-Fayed (Al Fiorentini). As their romance blossoms, the couple decide to visit Paris, a decision that ends in tragedy as they find themselves trying to escape the attention of the paparazzi.
