Agyness Deyn stars in this British drama produced and directed by Bryn Higgins. The film follows the journey of Lily O'Connor (Deyn), a young woman who, after the death of her estranged mother, decides to go looking for her younger brother Mikey (Christian Cooke). Lily and Mikey used to be close but he left for London years previously and she hasn't seen him since, and is unaware of the truth behind his departure. The search is risky for Lily as she suffers from severe epilepsy and feels vulnerable in the big city. However, she makes a friend in Mel (Lenora Critchlow) after meeting her in a bar and later gets a clue as to Mikey's whereabouts. When he and Lily are finally reunited will she find the kind-hearted brother she remembers?
