Will Smith triple-bill. 'Hitch' (2005) is a sophisticated romantic comedy starring Smith as Alex 'Hitch' Hitchens, a legendary - and deliberately anonymous - New York City 'date doctor' who, for a fee, has helped countless men woo the women of their dreams. While coaching Albert (Kevin James), a meek accountant who is smitten with a glamourous celebrity, Allegra Cole (Amber Valletta), Hitch finally meets his match in the person of the gorgeous, whip-smart Sara Melas (Eva Mendes), a gossip columnist who follows Allegra's every move. The ultimate professional bachelor, Hitch suddenly finds himself falling deliriously in love with Sara, a reporter whose biggest scoop could very well be the unmasking of Manhattan's most famous date doctor. In 'Men in Black' (1997), after chasing a fugitive with an advanced alien weapon, New York cop James Edwards (Smith) finds himself recruited to the MiB, a top secret agency in charge of alien immigration on Earth. He is partnered with K (Tommy Lee Jones), and sent to investigate an alien prediction of the end of the world. They have to track down a hostile alien life form currently wearing the human skin of a country hick named Edgar. Finally, in 'Men in Black 2' (2002), four years have passed since the Men in Black averted a major intergalactic disaster, K (Tommy Lee Jones) has returned to a civilian life, working as a postman and quite unaware of his former heroics alongside Agent J (Smith). But when J uncovers a secret alien plot organised by the seemingly seductive Serleena (Lara Flynn Boyle) he has to call on K again. Unfortunately K has no memory of his former role as a skilled agent, but somewhere in his head is the expertise that can save the Earth, if only J can get him onside in time.
