Box set containing three popular horror movies. In 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' (1997), after celebrating the end of high school, teenagers Julie (Jennifer Love Hewitt), Helen (Sarah Michelle Geller), Ray (Freddie Prinze Jr.) and Barry (Ryan Phillippe) get drunk and drive off in Barry's car. They quickly sober up when they collide with the body of a man in the road. Not wishing to be questioned by the police, they agree to dump the body in the sea. However, the man is still alive, so the foursome finish the job they have started and beat him to death. The friends agree not to mention what has occurred, and go their separate ways. However, a year later they are all being stalked and receiving messages from someone who knows what they did last summer, and wants revenge. 'American Psycho' (2000) is based on Bret Easton Ellis' disturbing novel and is brought to the screen by Mary Harron. In 1987, twentysomething Wall Street broker Patrick Bateman (Christian Bale) seems to have it all: he is handsome, successful and engaged to the beautiful Evelyn (Reese Witherspoon). However, Patrick is also engaged in an affair with Courtney Rawlinson (Samantha Mathis) - his colleague's fiancée - and at night indulges in a confused orgy of drugs, pornography, prostitution and murder fantasies. When Patrick is outshone by a rival at a board meeting, he takes out his frustration by knifing a man sleeping rough in the street. This sparks off a descent into violence and madness, with Patrick embarking on a bloody and random killing spree. Finally, 'Saw' (2004) is a tense psychological thriller in which two men, Adam (Leigh Whannell) and Dr Lawrence Gordon (Cary Elwes), wake up to find themselves chained to pipes in a room they have never seen before. Between them lies the dead body of a man with apparently self-inflicted gunshot wounds. As they begin to piece together the circumstances that led to their predicament, the pair realise they are the latest victims of a serial killer known as the Jigsaw, who orchestrates situations in which his captors will be driven to kill each other. They also learn that the killer has taken Gordon's family hostage. How can the men possibly outwit this sadistic psychopath in time to save themselves and the hostages?
