Surreal Argentinian drama from director Estaban Sapir, that blends film noir, silent movies, sci-fi and German expressionism to tell the tale of a future city whose population have lost the ability to speak. After being constantly bombarded by the broadcasts of the ever-present Mr TV (Alejandro Urdapilleta), who owns the only TV station, the population of a mythical city can only communicate in subtitles. Only one person remains with the ability to talk, 'The Voice', a faceless woman who sings on one of Mr TV's most popular shows. Kidnapping 'The Voice' to use in his masterplan, Mr TV aims to finally take complete control of the population. Unknown to him, however, the Voice has a son, Tomas (Jonathan Sandor), born without eyes, who has inherited his mother's ability to speak. Help is at hand in the shape of 'The Inventor' (Rafael Ferro), who, helped by his daughter Ana (Sol Moreno) and wife 'The Nurse' (Julieta Cardinali), sets out to help Tomas and bring Mr TV's empire crashing down.
