A double bill of 1930s Laurel and Hardy musical comedies. In 'March of the Wooden Soldiers', toymakers Stanine Dum (Stan Laurel) and Ollie Dee (Oliver Hardy) mistakenly manufacture 100 six-foot high soldiers for Santa. The lifesize toys come in handy when the evil Barnaby attempts to invade Toyland. 'Bogus Bandits' sees Stan and Ollie as Stanlio and Olio, servants of the bandit Fra Diavoli. Diavoli is in fact the Marquis de San Marco, in which guise he can discover the whereabouts of all the high society ladies' valuables.
