Agnes Jaoui directs, co-writes and stars in this French comedy drama. Agathe Villanova (Jaoui) is a tough and self-centred political candidate who returns to her childhood home in the South of France to help her sister Florence (Pascale Arbillot) sort out the affairs of their recently deceased mother. While there, she is approached by Karim (Jamel Debbouze), the son of Florence's housekeeper, to take part in a documentary about successful women. The film explores the various intertwining relationships as they unfold throughout an unseasonably wet August.
