Showbiz comedy starring Michael J. Fox as Michael Chapman, who, once a child star himself on a popular sitcom, now runs an unsuccessful talent agency specialising in child actors with his brother Ed (Nathan Lane). Michael's showbiz career has dwindled to the odd personal appearance at the opening of a hamburger stand, but his fortune changes one day when a 10-year-old girl, Angie (Christina Vidal) tries to pick his pocket. After she has told him her (questionable) life story, he realises that Angie would be perfect for a new commercial he is working on. Her instant runaway success turns the agency around - and on a personal level, she shows Michael how to grow up and get a life, while he shows her how to enjoy the childhood she's never had.
