National Theatre: One Man, Two Guvnors Film Poster

Live performance of the National Theatre production starring James Corden. The comedy is based on the Italian play 'Servant of Two Masters' by Carlo Goldoni and has been adapted into this English version, set in Brighton in 1963, by Richard Bean. The story follows Francis Henshall (Corden) who, motivated by his desire to fill his stomach, takes on two jobs working for 'guvnors' who just so happen to be partners in a scheme to get money. Francis tries to keep his masters apart to avoid being discovered.
