Synopsis

Black comedy from Czech writer/director Steen Agro. After his wife accidentally dies when an unstable statue falls on her during their tour of Eastern Europe, grief-stricken tourist Colin Frampton (Andy Nyman) can't bear the thought of life without her. After failing miserably to electrocute himself in the hotel bath, Colin meets up with world-weary Pavel (Karel Roden) who holds down six jobs in order to pay for his shopaholic wife's clothes bills. Convincing him to help by offering a large amount of cash, Colin hopes for a quick, painless death, and that he'll soon be reunited with his recently departed partner. But as Pavel's plans for Colin's death take on a convoluted life of their own, the pair soon attract the unwanted attention of local underworld boss Karel Karlovic (Robert Polo).
