This release contains three volumes of Yoga instruction.The yoga is demonstrated by pregnant women and is suitable from 14 weeks until the end of pregnancy and from six weeks after the birth of your baby. These gentle home practice programmes are suitable for those who have never done yoga before as well as experienced practioners. The yoga in all the programmes can be done as a whole or in bite-sized sections. The three volumes are: 'Simple Yoga for Pregnancy' - This gentle yoga will help to assist your body in adapting to the many changes that pregnancy brings about, to focus on your baby, and to prepare you mentally, physically and emotionally for labour, birth and afterwards. 'Simple Yoga for Labour & Birth' - The main focus of this programme is tools that can be used during labour and birth as well as techniques to help during the process itself. 'Simple Postnatal Yoga' - This gentle yoga is suitable for postnatal women who have had a satisfactory 6-8 week postnatal check.
