Phil (Dwier Brown) and Kate (Carey Lowell) are an LA couple who are delighted to have just had their first child, Jake. When neighbour Ned (Brad Hall) becomes interested in Camilla and follows her, however, he discovers that she has some surprising interests and a disconcerting past. Can Ned make his neighbours aware of the danger Camilla poses before it's too late?
