Acclaimed filmmaker Michael Winterbottom directs this controversial drama-documentary about the three British Muslims captured in Afghanistan in 2002 who were accused by the United States of being Al-Qaeda fighters. Transported to the secretive prison camp at Guantanamo in Cuba, the trio were designated 'enemy combatants' rather than prisoners of war, and were held without charge or trial, and subjected to torture, for four years until their release could be secured.
