Synopsis

Remake of Herschell G. Lewis's cult 1970 horror film. Kip Pardue stars as Edmund Bigelow, the publisher of a paper that reviews performance and art in California. When Edmund attends a show by Montag the Magician (Crispin Glover), he is intrigued by what he witnesses. Montag, with the help of his assistant, the Geek (Jeffrey Combs), brings people onto the stage and dismembers them in front of the audience, only for them to stagger off the stage alive at the end of the night. Edmund becomes obsessed with Montag's show and attempts to discover more about the man and his trickery, but when mutilated bodies start turning up all over the city, he begins to suspect that there might be more to Montag's show than he first realised.

Contains strong gory horror and violence, some sexualised
