Uneasy Riders Film Poster

Off-beat feature from writer-director Jean Pierre Sinapi about the sexual rights of disabled people. In a state-run home for the physically handicapped, Rene (Olivier Gourmet) is determined to celebrate his own sexuality. Gaining a reputation as a 'difficult' patient, Rene soon begins to subvert the preconceived opinions of a group of medical therapists who are sent to assess the home. While the carers are sympathetic to Rene's needs, they know that it would be illegal for them to provide him with a prostitute, and hit upon a plan of trying to convince a doctor to prescribe Rene with sex as part of his palliative care.
