In the Buenos Aires shantytown of Ciudad Oculta, drug dealers control the ruins where the homeless and the poor take refuge. In this Godless place, Father Julian and Father Nicolas tend to the impoverished flock, determined to make a difference. While Julian, whose health is rapidly failing, is wary of the drug dealers, Nicolas believes he can engage with the criminals and somehow mediate between the feuding factions.
