Box set containing two popular thriller movies. 'White Noise' (2004) is a supernatural thriller based on the phenomenon known as EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena). Jonathan Rivers (Michael Keaton) lives a peaceful life until his wife, Anna (Chandra West), is murdered. When he is contacted by a man (Ian McNeice) who claims to be receiving messages from Anna through EVP Jonathan becomes convinced that the messages are real and sets about trying to contact her on his own. In 'Frequency' (2000), policeman John Sullivan (Jim Caviezel) sets up his late father's ham radio - only to make contact with his dad, Frank (Dennis Quaid), who is also on the radio thirty years earlier. John tells Frank, a firefighter, that he is going to die in a blaze the next day, and armed with this warning Frank manages to survive. This, however sets off a new chain of events in which John's mother, Julia (Elizabeth Mitchell), is to fall prey to a serial killer. Although separated by three decades, father and son now have to work together to discover the killer's identity and so save Julia's life.
