Season 1 (1999)

A box set containing all 22 episodes from the first season of the 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' spin-off. In 'City of', Angel (David Boreanaz) and Cordelia relocate to Los Angeles, where they team up with half-demon Doyle. 'Lonely Hearts' sees Angel hunting a serial killer who strikes at LA's single bars, while 'In the Dark' sees Spike arrive in town, determined to obtain a mystical relic currently in Angel's possession. In 'I Fall to Pieces', Angel helps a young woman who is being attacked by a disembodied stalker, while 'RM W/A VU' sees Cordelia moving into a haunted apartment. In 'Sense and Sensitivity', Kate is forced to undergo sensitivity training when her temper flares once too often, with some strange results. 'The Bachelor Party' sees Doyle reunited with an old flame, while in 'I WIll Remember You', Buffy comes to LA to visit Angel. 'Hero' sees Doyle attempting to help a band of refugees, and in 'Parting Gifts' Angel and Cordelia are teamed with an old friend when they go on the trail of some demonic bounty. Whilst in 'Somnabulist', Angel fears that he may have carried out a series of killings in his sleep. In 'Expecting', Cordelia finds herself immediately pregnant after spending the night with new beau Wilson. 'She' sees Angel on the trail of a demon from another dimension, while in 'I've Got You Under My Skin', Angel and Cordelia try to help a young boy, Ryan, who has become possessed. 'The Prodigal' sees Angel having flashbacks to his human past and the death of his family. In 'The Ring', Angel is hired by a man whose brother has been kidnapped by demons, while 'Eternity' finds Angel a reluctant celebrity after he saves a famous actress from being hit by a car. In 'Five by Five', second Slayer Faith creates chaos when she arrives in Los Angeles and begins behaving in very strangely, while 'Sanctuary' sees Angel caught in a compromising situation with Faith when Buffy arrives unexpectedly. In 'War Zone', Angel and his colleagues help out a billionaire who is being blackmailed for attending a demon club. 'Blind Date' sees Angel doing battle with a blind female killer, and finally in 'To Sanshu in L.A.', Wesley discovers a prophecy of Angel's death in an ancient scroll.

Season 2 (2001)

The complete second season of the 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' spin-off. In 'Judgement', Angel inadvertently slays the guardian of a pregnant woman being hunted by demons. 'Are You Now, or Have You Ever Been' is split between the present day and the 1950s, when Angel was helping a woman who was attempting to hide from her violent past. 'First Impressions' finds Cordelia troubled by a dream in which Gunn is in danger. 'Untouched' sees Angel attempting to protect a girl with telekenetic powers. 'Dear Boy' has Dara try to drive Angel back to the dark side of his nature. 'Guise Will Be Guise' finds Angel taking steps to end his obsession with Darla. 'Darla' sees the femme fatale work her spell on Lindsey. 'The Shroud of Rahmon' has Angel go undercover with Gunn. In 'The Trial' Angel sends Gunn to find Darla. 'Reunion' finds Drusilla and Darla back on the streets of L.A. 'Redefinition' sees Angel intervene when the deadly duo begin holding try-outs for would-be havoc wreakers. 'Blood Money' has Angel discover that Wolfram and Hart are stealing substantial amounts of money from a teen shelter. 'Happy Anniversary' finds Angel on the trail of a scientist who plans to put a stop to the flow of time. 'The Thin Dead Line' sees our hero looking for evidence of an undead police force. In 'Reprise' the arrival of Wolfram and Hart's demon partner causes much trouble for Angel. 'Epiphany' has Cordelia, Wesley and Gunn suspect that Angel wants to team back up with them. 'Disharmony' finds Cordelia on the receiving end of a visit from an old undead school friend. 'Dead End' sees Lindsey become the lucky recipient of a new hand, but unfortunately one which has a will all of its own. 'Belonging' has Angel go head-to-head with an otherworldly demon. 'Over the Rainbow' finds the gang passing through a magical portal into a land where humans are slaves. 'Through the Looking Glass' sees the newly-crowned Princess Cordelia facing up to some of the unpleasant tasks her royal position requires of her. And finally, in 'There's No Place Like Plrtz Glrb', the gang do their best to overthrow the government which has enslaved them.

Season 3 (2001)

The complete third series of the popular 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' spin-off. In 'Heartthrob' Angel comes into conflict with an old vampire friend from his distant past. 'That Vision Thing' sees Cordelia tormented by the physical side-effects of her visions. 'That Old Gang of Mine' has Gunn question his own allegiances when some of his old gang head out on a murder spree. 'Carpe Noctem' finds Angel unwittingly taking part in a body swap with an old man. 'Fredless' sees the team protect Fred from her own parents. 'Billy' has Billy cause an outbreak of violence amongst ordinarily peaceable men. 'Offspring' finds Darla pregnant and eager to track down the father. 'Quickening' sees Angel do his best to protect Darla's unborn child from the evil advances of Wolfram Hart. 'Lullaby' has Darla worried about the conflict between her maternal feelings and her essentially demonic nature. 'Dad' finds the team doing their best to protect Darla's child from various kidnap threats. In 'Birthday', Cordelia's visions send her into a coma. In 'Provider' the team advertise their services and end up with more work than they can handle. 'Waiting in the Wings' sees Angel and Cordelia overcome with emotion when they visit the ballet. 'Couplet' has Angel feeling jealous when Cordelia receives a visit from Groosalugg, her former prince. 'Loyalty' finds Gunn and Fred wandering into a trap when they investigate a rumoured vampire den. 'Sleep Tight' sees Angel developing a craving for the blood of his son Connor. 'Forgiving' has Angel seeking revenge for Connor's kidnapping. 'Double or Nothing' finds Gunn regretting a demonic pact he made many years before. 'The Price' sees the crew deal with an infestation of deadly slugs. 'A New World' has an angry Connor return and seek vengeance against his father. 'Benediction' finds Cordelia wavering between Angel and Groosalugg. Finally, in 'Tomorrow', Connor gets angry again and circumstances threaten Angel and Cordelia's future together.

Season 4 (2003)

The entire fourth season of the popular 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' spin-off. In 'Deep Down', as Fred and Gunn search for Angel (David Boreanaz), Wesley continues his affair with Lilah. In 'Ground State', in his quest to steal an artefact that may help him find Cordelia, Angel finds himself competing with a human thief whose body is electrically charged. In 'The House Always Wins', Angel and his friends discover that Lorne is being held prisoner in a corrupt Las Vegas casino. In 'Slouching Toward Bethlehem', after Cordelia returns, she doesn't remember her friends and Lorne senses a major evil brewing. In 'Supersymmetry', Fred discovers her old physics professor is the one who exiled her to Pylea. In 'Spin the Bottle', Lorne's spell to restore Cordelia's memory backfires and convinces everyone that they are high school students who have been gathered to hunt Angel. In 'Apocalypse, Nowish', as plagues of various pests descend on Los Angeles, the beast Cordelia saw in her vision returns. In 'Habeas Corpses', Connor gets locked inside Wolfram and Hart with the Big Bad doomsday beast. In 'Long Day's Journey', after a group of totems linked to the ancient sun god Ra are killed by the Big Bad beast, Angel and his friends realise he's plotting to turn off the sun. In 'Awakening', Angel agrees to try to bring Angelus back. In 'Soulless', Angelus succeeds in setting Angel's friends against each other. In 'Calvary', after learning the doomsday beast may be working for something bigger and badder than itself, Angel's friends cast a spell to return his soul to Angelus' body. In 'Salvage', Lorne casts a sanctuary spell on the hotel and Wesley brings in the slayer Faith to help get Angelus back. In 'Release', as Faith and Angel continue their battle, the voice of the Beast's Master invades Angel's mind. In 'Orpheus', Faith and Angelus lie drugged and possibly dying and Willow comes to help the others in the quest to restore Angel's soul. In 'Players', Angel tries to remember what Lilah's book said about the Master and Gunn helps Gwen with some corporate espionage. In 'Inside Out', as Cordelia prepares to give birth, Angel and his friends finally learn that she - or an evil presence controlling her - is the Beast's master. In 'Shiny Happy People', while everyone admires the beautiful woman Cordelia bore, Fred sees another side of her. In 'The Magic Bullet', Fred finally tricks Angel into seeing Jasmine's true nature. In 'Sacrifice', Angel and his friends battle a nasty monster who provides some clues that might help in their larger battle against Jasmine. In 'Peace Out', Angel returns from the monsters' dimension and finally defuses Jasmine's all-encompassing powers. Finally, in 'Home', Lilah returns from the dead to offer Angel and his friends full ownership of Wolfram and Hart.
