Griff Rhys Jones visits a number of the world's most spectacular cities with a view to exploring both iconic buildings and lesser known places of interest. 'New York' sees him go backstage on a Broadway show, explore Grand Central Station and help clean the windows of a skyscraper. In 'London' he visits Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and the less celebrated Necropolis Railway. Finally, in 'Paris' he visits the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe and helps out a graffiti cleaning team.
Second series of the programme following Welsh comic Griff Rhys Jones as he explores a number of the world's most spectacular cities. 'Rome' sees him embark on a day-long tour of the historic city, using a scooter as transport. 'Sydney' sees him explore both the light and dark side of arguably Australia's foremost city. Finally, in 'Hong Kong' he visits the vast Chinese metropolis that was under British control during the 20th century, again with only a day to get to grips with the multifaceted city.
