Jonathan Mossek directs this psychological thriller about a New York photojournalist who is subjected to a terrifying ordeal in a case of mistaken identity. Believing him to be the man responsible for the murder of her right-wing cult leader husband Reverend Kalahan (Brian Cox), Helen (Andie MacDowell), along with son Jake (Matt Dallas) and sociopathic lieutenant Aaron (Frank Whaley) begin torturing a terrified Ethan (Cary Elwes) after breaking into his home. As Ethan's protestations that they have the wrong man slowly begin to gain credence with Helen, the situation takes an even darker course when Ethan's estranged partner, Kate (Nicole Ansari-Cox) and their ten-year-old daughter, Sarah (Emma Kantor) pay a surprise visit to the apartment.
