Biographical documentary of the Irish singer and human rights campaigner, Bono. Born Paul David Hewson, the singer shot to fame with his band U2 who were catapulted to dizzy heights when they performed at 1985's 'Live Aid' concert. After his initial steps into charity work, Bono rapidly became heavily involved in human rights campaigning and was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. This programme examines the life of the performer with interviews from his colleagues and friends.
