Three action movies starring Steven Seagal. In 'Black Dawn' (1996) Seagal stars as tough CIA operative Jonathan Cold. Infiltrating a group of terrorists who plan to bomb Los Angeles, Cold's cover is suddenly blown when the terrorists kidnap his young sidekick Amanda (Tamara Davies). Suddenly Cold is thrown into a desperate race against time to track down Amanda and find the bomb before it can turn the city into rubble. In 'Into the Sun' (2005), Travis Hunter (Seagal) is a former American special agent who was raised by the Yakuza. When the governor of Tokyo is murdered, Travis is forced to re-enter the underworld of his youth and uncover a terrorist ring spearheaded by a Yakuza leader with ties to the Chinese mafia. Finally, in 'Submerged' (2005), having bioengineered a virus that controls people, an evil scientist teams up with a crooked CIA agent to steal a nuclear device and sell his virus technology. Meanwhile, a wrongfully convicted special op fighter and his crack team of commandos are given presidential pardons to go after the weapons and vanquish both the scientist and the agent in the end.
