Double pack of fitness programmes presented by Lynne Robinson. 'The Pilates Weekly Workout' (1998) utilizes the Pilates exercise system to increase fitness and tone muscles. The three 25-minute workout routines introduce the fundamentals - alignment, centring and breathing - before concentrating on stretching, breathing and flexibility exercises. 'The Perfect Body: The Pilates Way' (1999) is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Included are a back to basics routine, a first workout targeting abdominals, waist, thighs and circulation, and a second working on the trunk of the body, mobilising the spine and toning upper arms. The series of five is a more challenging workout, and this is followed by a relaxation session.
