CALAIS CHILDREN is an award-winning documentary about the 2000 unaccompanied minors left abandoned in the Calais Jungle in late 2016 despite having a strong claim to UK protection. It tells what happened to them over the following year, what they’ve had to go through, and the ongoing fight to get them to safety. It will be preceded a by a 6-min short, AL-SABIL, and followed by a Q&A. Screening as part of Refugee Week in partnership with New Routes.
