Cape No. 7 Film Poster

Feelgood Taiwanese drama about a failed rock musician who returns to his hometown after being unable to break into the music scene in Taipei. With his self-belief and dreams shattered, he reluctantly takes a job as a local postman. One day he happens to come across a stash of undelivered letters from 1945 addressed to an inhabitant of Cape no. 7. As Aga sets about trying to uncover the secrets behind the letters, he is approached to perform as a support act in a local concert for a famous rock star, meaning he will have to overcome his fears sooner than he would like. Aga soon finds himself teamed up with interim band manager, the beautiful Tomoko (Chie Tanaka) and, at the decision of the town's elders, tasked with transforming a group of inexperienced locals into a band. While trying to accomplish this seemingly impossible task, Aga and Tomoko find their lives changed forever by the mysterious letters.
