Triple bill of light-hearted festive films. 'A Nanny for Christmas' (2010) stars Emmanuelle Vaugier as an up-and-coming star in the advertising world who is brought down by one disastrous pitch. When Ally (Vaugier) lays a little too much emphasis on weddings while trying to pitch to chocolate magnate Danny Donner (Dean Cain), recently stood up at the alter, her boss fires her. Ally winds up at the door of rival advertising executive Samantha Ryland (Cynthia Gibb), who offers her a job - as nanny to her children, Jackie (Sierra McCormick) and Jonas (Jared Gilmore). Samantha promises that the children are well-behaved, but Ally finds them a little too well-behaved and decides to bring some Christmas fun into their lives. Nicole Eggert and David O'Donnell star in the romantic comedy 'A Christmas Proposal' (2008) as Lisa and Rick, lawyers representing the two sides of a controversial proposal to turn the picturesque mountain town of Fillmore into an upmarket ski resort. As they come face to face on the case, they recognise each other as former high school sweethearts. Rick is soon questioning his commitment to both his job and his fiancee as Lisa and his hometown work their old magic upon him. 'Nothing Like the Holidays' (2008) follows three sibilings - Jesse (Freddy Rodriguez), a marine who has just returned from abroad; Roxanna (Vanessa Ferlito), a less than successful actress in Hollywood; and Mauricio (John Leguizamo), the eldest of the three - as they return to their parents' home in Chicago for the festive season. Despite the awakening of old quarrels and irritations, the family gradually realise the strength of the bond that unifies them.
