Synopsis

Coming-of-age drama which follows teenage Romani boy Pio (Pio Amato) as he navigates adulthood and the dichotomy of opposing communities in his home of Calabria. Determined to prove that he is becoming a man, Pio partakes in drinking, smoking and criminal activity in an attempt to gain the respect of his elder brother and to integrate himself into his surrounding communities. But when Pio's brother Cosimo (Damiano Amato) goes missing, his world is turned upside down and he realises he may have taken on more than he can handle.
