Horror from 'Leprechaun' director Mark Jones. After a depressed ventriloquist commits suicide in front of her two young children, one of the children, Norbert (Rocky Marquette), is traumatised by his mother's death and does all of his talking through his mother's creepy Dummy. When Norbert, his sister Angelina (Paydin LoPachin) and the Dummy end up murdering a young child on Halloween night, Norbert is blamed and sent to an institution. Months later, Angelina and the demented Dummy break Norbert out, and the three of them set out on a road trip.
