Hong Kong martial arts double-bill. In 'Hell'z Windstaff' (1979), when an evil martial arts warlord starts terrorising the community with a deadly weapon known as the Hell'z Windstaff, two young martial artists train in some esoteric fighting disciplines in order to equal him in combat. In 'Hitman in the Hand of Buddah' (1980), country bumpkin Wong Jinh moves to a small town to work with his brother in a rice trading company. He soon discovers that there are illegal actions going on and is confronted by a hired fighter, who he dispatches with ease. The replacement fighter is far more skilled and disciplined and almost kills Wong. Pulled from the fight by a beggar, Wong travels to a temple to learn more skills so he can exact his revenge.
