Box set collection of five thrillers based on the novels by Mary Higgins Clark. In 'Moonlight Becomes You' (1998), Maggie Holloway (Donna Mills) has long been estranged from her aged step-mother. When a chance encounter brings them back together, it looks as if they will finally have the opportunity to bury their differences and catch up. But when Maggie's step-mother is killed shortly after moving into a new nursing home, the devastated Maggie must fight her grief to find her killer. In 'We'll Meet Again' (2002), Fran Simmons (Laura Leighton) is an investigative reporter recently returned to her home city of New York. Asked by her boss to look into an old story from five years before, Fran starts investigating the case of Molly (Brandy Ledford), a woman jailed for killing her husband, who claims to have no recollection of the murder at all. Fran dilligently starts piecing together the sequence of events on that fateful night. In 'While My Pretty One Sleeps' (1997), a New York gossip columnist threatens to reveal shady secrets in the heart of the fashion industry, but disappears before she can do so. Niamh Kearny (Connie Sellecca), the owner of a successful boutique, finds herself drawn into the investigation. In 'Let Me Call You Sweetheart' (1997), Assistant Prosecutor Kerry McGrath (Meredith Baxter) has been involved in many cases over her career, but when her young daughter is injured in a violent car accident, she begins to suspect the incident was no accident at all. Events start unfolding dramatically and the coinicidences linking them to a case in her past seem a little too obvious. McGrath has to dredge up the details of the notorious 'Sweetheart Murder' case in order to get to the bottom of it. Finally, in 'He Sees You When You're Sleeping' (2002), while out playing golf, callous businessman Sterling Brooks (Cameron Bancroft) is struck dead by a bolt of lightning. His heartless days as a stockbroker go against him when he tries to get into heaven, although he is given a second chance to prove his worth by trying to get a troubled family back together by saving them from the underworld gangsters who are making their life a living hell.
