Nobody Told Us Anything Film Poster

Documentary focusing on the former servicemen who participated in British nuclear weapon tests. In the Pacific, between 1952 and 1967, military personnel took part in the largest shared military service operation since the D-Day landings as some 20,000 people were involved in testing for nuclear weapons. Featuring archive footage as well as interviews with survivors and their descendants, the programme tells of the consequences these atom bomb veterans have faced for their part in the development of the superweapons and the little help they have since received from the authorities.
