Documentary directed by Jonathan Olshefski focusing on the Rainey family in Philadelphia. With the intention of documenting the family's activities and their home music studio, Olshefski began a decade long relationship with the Raineys. During this period the youngest daughter of the family was wounded by a gunshot, which shifted the focus of Olshefski's work and his relationship with the Raineys onto their resilience and their dedication to improving the lives of those in their community.
