The New York Philharmonic perform Stephen Sondheim's musical comedy. Robert (Neil Patrick Harris) has major issues with commitment. While celebrating his 35th birthday he takes time to reflect on his life and the series of past relationships he has either moved on from or continued on a casual basis - as is the case with his three current girlfriends. However, some of Robert's best friends are married couples, giving him cause to reflect on the value of long-term relationships. The featured songs include: 'Being Alive', 'Side by Side', 'The Ladies Who Lunch' and 'Getting Married Today'.
