The Moderns Film Poster

Keith Carradine plays a painter in Paris during the 1920s, the era of Hemingway and Gertrude Stein - both appear as characters in the film. Carradine is re-introduced to his estranged wife Rachel (Linda Fiorentino), now the consort of a powerful businessman (John Lone) looking for a modern art collection. Carradine thinks money may improve his chances with Rachel and is tempted to step into the shoes of his famous art-forging father.
