David Farrier and Dylan Reeve co-direct this documentary focusing on the world of 'Competitive Endurance Tickling'. After stumbling upon a bizarre video on the Internet, the New Zealand journalists decide to investigate the sport which invites young male participants to travel to Los Angeles to partake in the filming of 'Competitive Endurance Tickling'. A hostile response from the organisers makes the duo even more intrigued and determined to delve deeper but when they seek out former participants they discover many of them are reluctant to speak out about their experiences for fear of the intimidating repercussions. In the process of their investigation, the film-makers unearth some troubling revelations about those in control of the competition.
