Part of the documentary series about the most notorious murders of the twentieth century. This volume looks at political assassinations and people killed in the line of duty. 'Political Killings' looks at the racially motivated arrests of Italian immigrants Sacco and Vanzetti in 1920 after the shooting of a paymaster, as well as the killing of gay politician Harbvey Milk, the assassination of Malcolm X, and the death of La Figaro editor Gaston Calmette on the eve of the First World War. 'Murdered on Duty' focuses on highly-publicised killings of policemen, while 'Political Assassinations' looks at the killings of Bobby Kennedy, Italian politician Aldo Moro, and Gandhi.
