Synopsis

Chuck Norris reprises his role in this action-adventure movie. Walker and his partner are on the case of a rapist in a college campus site. Meanwhile a young tearaway Tony, joins Walker's after-school karate class. Tony's Mum has a particularly nasty boyfriend who has been getting Tony to deliver drugs for him unawares. When Walker catches Tony in a raid, Tony won't speak because he is fearful for his mother's safety. The scene is set for a showdown.
